Betty believes that the leadership ability of the school administrator is critical to the success of a school. The administrator is the catalyst in creating the school climate and culture, implementing curriculum initiatives and the developing staff development for the faculty and staff. The administrator must “Walk the Talk,” be the “Role-Model” and never ask faculty and staff to commit to a project that he/she is not be willing to be an active participant.
